Lakisha Copeland is the author of the best selling book:

"Discovering Your Identity in Christ"

After graduating from Towers High School in 2004, she continued her education at Devry University in Decatur, GA.

Lakisha earned her bachelors degree in Business Administration minoring in Sales and Marketing in 2007. She is currently pursing a second bachelors in Early Childhood Development.

She got her first taste of Corporate America right after graduating from Devry University. After getting a taste of the industry she realize this lifestyle was not for her.

In September, 2008 she was laid off due to the company outsourcing their payroll to India.

Using her savings, Lakisha Copeland launch her first network marketing business.

Because of fear and lack of belief she failed miserably.

She was also battling spirits of opperssion, rejection, abandonment, and suicide.

Lakish's future look bleak. Friends and family members gave up on her. It looked like she would be another statistic, a struggling black single mom stuck on welfare but....

God broke the statistics.

In November 2009, God broke the cycle. She entered the doors of a church that literally saved her life. She thanked God for the lifeguards on duty who spoke life into her until she could stand on her own two feet.

From that point forward, Lakisha Copeland begin to soar! She spread her wings to become the butterfly God destine her to be.

Here's what happend next:

In 2012, she enrolled in school pursing her 2nd degree in Early Childhood Development.
In 2012, she contracted with Comcast after being broke and unemployed for over 3 years.
In 2013, she wrote and published her first book (many testimonies have come in stating how her bestselling book has blessed their life).
In 2014, she graduated from Georgia Perimeter College with an Associated in Early Childhood Development (honors graduate).
In 2015, she started classes to complete her master's degree
In 2016, she obtained her Master's degree in Organizational Leadership
In 2016, she launched her business with the "Daughters Against Domestic Violence event
And the list goes on....

And that gives you the overview of some of the challenges Lakisha has already overcome.

Nonetheless, through it all...
